I contacted American Wastewater Systems in need of a sewer system. This company came highly recommended by a friend who had recently used them for the installation of a similar system to what I needed. When I contacted the company the owner himself spoke to me on the phone and explained to me exactly what I needed and why. He came out to my property to take a look and give me a quote. At no time did I feel pressured, and in fact, the owner even recommended that I contact other companies for comparison. At the end of the job there were no hidden or additional fees. The price was exactly as agreed upon from the beginning. They showed up and executed the job on the agreed date and in a very timely manner. My wife and I were treated with extreme respect the whole time they were on the job. When the job was complete my wife and I were amazed with the quality of the work and you could hardly even tell that they had just dug massive holes and trenches in our yard. Some words that come to mind when I think of this company are: honesty, integrity, quality, perfection, respectful, genuine...... Thank you American Wastewater Systems! I highly recommend this company for anyone who needs a sewer system or sewer system repair.
